Message From The President

We hope everyone had a Happy & Healthy Thanksgiving with family and friends.

The Board of Directors just wanted to send out another reminder that we have only two weeks left in our Annual Holiday Charity Drive. Remember that we are looking to make this year our most charitable ever!

We recognize that many of you provide to other charities through your own company throughout the year, and we are respectful and appreciative of your donations. That being said, we are really trying to urge everyone who can to dig a bit deeper, to help out our yearly benefactors.

For those of you who did not come to our last meeting, both Pastor Tom & Pastor Tony from Integrity Christian Fellowship attended and spoke on their behalf, as well as Wendy Wood from Lighthouse Mission. Both organizations do incredible work and offer up so much for our communities and for those in need.

They reminded us that ANYTHING is SOMETHING!! If money is tight, some lightly worn jackets or winter clothing go a long way for somebody who is without those items. Gift cards for even $15 or $20 dollars to a Stop & Shop or another store will provide for a family in need. Some extra dry or canned goods from your cupboard will help.

We are seeking a 90 % participation rate for this year’s drive, and we know the members of the Brookhaven Industrial Group Association will come through. We are going to set up a 15’ X 15’ tent at 22 Old Dock Road (Anthony’s Closets address) on December 17th and several members of the board will be there to greet donors and provide coffee, donuts and sandwiches to those generous souls seeking to provide some very needed help to the community in which we have been so prosperous.

We wish the entire membership a very Happy & Healthy Holiday season and a prosperous New Year.

    Best Regards,

    B.I.G. Board of Directors

  • Dear Prospective Member:

Established in 2003, The Sills Industrial Park Association (SIPA) is pleased to announce that we have changed association's name to the Brookhaven Industrial Group Inc. (BIG) to better symbolize our planned expansion. Once consisting of those companies in the industrial park only, we are now encompassing a larger geographical area. With this name change, a myriad of new possibilities consisting of new and exciting projects and better environmental services are possible for us.  As the Brookhaven Industrial Group, we will address our requests and concerns to the Town of Brookhaven to preserve the value of our properties with a larger and stronger voice.

Further benefits of membership are networking with business owners for group acquisition of products and services, inter-company trading opportunities as well as having a voice in the future of our businesses in the Town of Brookhaven. BIG has guest speakers, from various organizations, speak at our meetings to educate and inform our members about products and services available to us. Companies such as Optimum/Cablevision, Verizon, Suffolk County Police Department, various service companies as well as local Town Officials have spoken to our group.

We would be delighted if you would contemplate joining our group. So plan to attend our next meeting to see for yourself how we can work together. The annual membership dues are only  $100.
