Message From The President

Greetings to the B.I.G. membership!!  The holiday season is upon us again and it’s that time of year when we begin our Charity Drive for Integrity Christian Fellowship and Lighthouse Mission.  Giving back to the community in which we operate our businesses is of great importance, and it’s always very rewarding to give generously to that community.  Especially at this time of year!

Although we increased our total donations last year from the previous one, the membership turnout was rather light.  We acknowledge that some members provide donations through their own companies and that is wonderful, generous and commendable.  It is our aim to give as an association as well.  In that light, any and all help is appreciated!  Donations such as lightly used jackets and coats, miscellaneous clothing, dry/non-perishable food items & toiletries are very much in need and more than welcomed by our benefactors. Also acceptable and preferred are donations in the form of gift cards or checks made out directly to the beneficiaries.  Even $20 gift cards help those in need!

We are urging all of our members to try their best to support these two fine charitable organizations.  Please do your very best to donate in “SOME WAY” this year as a way of giving back to those in our area who are in need this holiday season.

The drop off point for donations is changing this year and will be at Precision International located at 14 Todd Ct. on the corner of Todd Ct and Zorn Blvd. Drop off hours are from 9:00 am to12:00 pm, Monday through Friday until December 18th.  Please use the side door located on the right side of the building, ask for Gary, Joe or Rob when dropping off.  The charities will be picking up donations on Friday December 18th.

Thank you to all of our members who have consistently and very generously, provided support and donations through the years.  Here’s to a Happy & Healthy Holiday Season!

    Best Regards,

    B.I.G. Association Board of Directors

  • Dear Prospective Member:

Established in 2003, The Sills Industrial Park Association (SIPA) is pleased to announce that we have changed association's name to the Brookhaven Industrial Group Inc. (BIG) to better symbolize our planned expansion. Once consisting of those companies in the industrial park only, we are now encompassing a larger geographical area. With this name change, a myriad of new possibilities consisting of new and exciting projects and better environmental services are possible for us.  As the Brookhaven Industrial Group, we will address our requests and concerns to the Town of Brookhaven to preserve the value of our properties with a larger and stronger voice.

Further benefits of membership are networking with business owners for group acquisition of products and services, inter-company trading opportunities as well as having a voice in the future of our businesses in the Town of Brookhaven. BIG has guest speakers, from various organizations, speak at our meetings to educate and inform our members about products and services available to us. Companies such as Optimum/Cablevision, Verizon, Suffolk County Police Department, various service companies as well as local Town Officials have spoken to our group.

We would be delighted if you would contemplate joining our group. So plan to attend our next meeting to see for yourself how we can work together. The annual membership dues are only  $100.
