About B.I.G.

The Brookhaven Industrial Group Association started as the Sills Industrial Park Association in 2003 as a small group looking to improve some of the conditions and issues facing our businesses at the time.

As membership grew and we began to expand our geographical locale, more and more businesses began to seek us out and join our growing group with common interests. To allow for that expansion and area growth, the B.I.G. Association got its name. We are currently in our 15th year serving the businesses in our area. The board meets periodically to address the ongoing needs, issues, concerns and sometimes to just share ideas and offer ideas for improvement. Members enjoy our occasional guest speakers at membership meetings, company tours for some of our businesses and occasion luncheons where we get together and share ideas.

We regularly seek out Town Of Brookhaven staff to allow them to hear their constituents concerns and needs and have had assemblymen, IDA representatives, town supervisors and one current congressman attend our meetings. We ask that you send us an e-mail and ask any questions you may have about our organization, or request a membership application for review from our board.
