John Patrick O'Hara founded Corporate Realty Services. LLC with his partner Leo Farrell in 2003. As one of the area's leading real estate firms specializing in industrial, office and retail properties, Corporate Realty Services has a comprehensive knowledge of the Long Island real estate market.
Prior to establishing Corporate Realty Services, John served as director of investment sales for Manhattan-based Brown Harris Stevens. John was the firm's top producer on Long Island during his tenure. John was honored as the "Broker of the Year" by Plainview-based Long Island Development Corporation for his work with the Small Business Administrations' 504 program; this program allows qualified buyers to acquire industrial facilities through attractive financing avenues.
Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, John served as Vice president of Bartco Management, a Long Island petroleum company, where he oversaw acquisitions, sales and leasing, business development, environmental compliance and daily management of more than 50 petroleum retail locations.
John is the President and one of the founding members of The Brookhaven Industrial Group. John is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Long Island Business Development Council (LIBDC) and sits on the Long Island Real Estate Outreach Committee for the Long Island Development Corporation (LIDC). In addition, John is also a board member of Bi-County Development Corporation which reviews and approves Job Development Agency loans. Prior to moving to his new home in Bayport, John served as the President of Northwood Village Condominium Association for 12 years.

I am co founder and co chairman of Framerica Corp and County Frame Corp. my partner and I began our business career forty years ago with a retail picture frame store. Within our first year of business we established a wholesale framing division that continues today. In 1980 we established a molding manufacturing company called Framerica. Framerica has grown to be the largest profile wrapping company in the U.S. serving both the picture frame industry as well as the laminate flooring industry.
My hobbies include boating and a keen interest in restoring and collecting antique and other types of special interest automobiles. |

Anthony Vigliotti is the President of the Lyntronics Corporation and the Treasurer of the Brookhaven Industrial Group. He is the Chief Engineer and Designer for Lyntronics as well as it's administrative head. Lyntronics specializes in military electronics specifically in portable power systems for use in military field operations involving communications, laser range finding, night vision and global positioning. His duties with the Brookhaven Industrial Group include administration and organization of the groups activities and as their spokesperson with other organizations and local town agencies.
Anthony was born and raised in Astoria New York, graduating from Bryant High School in 1965. He studied at the New York Institute of Technology receiving an associate in electronics, a bachelors of mechanical engineering and a bachelors of industrial engineering in 1973. In 1979 he received a masters in photography from the Professional Photographers of America Inc. accredited by the University of California. His professional career includes employment with the Sperry Gyroscope Corporation before becoming self employed in 1974. He was founder and CEO of Hamilton Photographers, Inc., President and COO of TNR Technical Inc., a public corporation, and then Lyntronics Inc., founded in 1987.
Anthony's interests aside from his professional career involve automotive restoration and mechanics, motorcycling and outdoor activities such as hiking and auto racing. He is on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Triumph Association and in that capacity enjoys many activities in automotive racing and competitive venues.

Diane Fava serves as the Executive Assistant to the President/Technical Director and VP of Sales & Marketing of Fiber Shield Industries. Her current responsibilities include communicating effectively with department heads and staff and managing special administrative projects, transact and coordinate business with vendors and general support for the President and VP of Sales and Marketing. Diane joined Fiber Shield Industries in 2006 from Lee Hecht Harrison where she was a Client Service Coordinator providing administrative duties, maintaining the voicemail system and conducting orientation for clients/customers, client resumes; marketing and target letters, correspondence and proposals for consultants and General Manager. In the summer of 2000, Diane undertook a special assignment with the recruitment efforts at Anorad Corporation. She was also given long-term assignments with the Marketing Department. Diane has also assisted Fire Safety Directors at a prestigious high-tech company and was responsible for coordinating the Fire Safety Program; serving as liaison between the Fire Safety Director and Fire Safety Staff, establishing Fire Safety Lists and attending Fire Safety meetings.
Diane is a skilled Executive Assistant with over 20 years' experience in office administration and security for computer and high-tech companies. She has assisted completion of projects for various departments including: Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Engineering. Diane is effective at building strong customer relations and leading staff in continuous process improvement. She is an excellent staff developer with experience in client relations, workflow analysis, quality management, project management, business writing and problem resolution.
Diane received the "Capture the Moment Award" in 2000 for her contribution to the Marketing Communication Department for processing over 300 sales leads for the Semicon Trade Show. She is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute and has had various courses in OSHA training and CPR Safety Certification. She regular attends networking events and is a member of the Lee Hecht Harrison Networking Group. Diane resides in Bellport with her family including 3 cats and a dog. She is an active member of the community and attends many fundraisers supporting various causes. Currently, Diane is on the Board of Directors for the Brookhaven Industrial Group Association where she holds the office of Secretary. |

Mark Seiden is the president and founder of LMJ Contracting Inc., which was established in 1984. LMJ Contracting Inc. has successfully constructed a wide range of commercial and industrial projects throughout Long Island, New York.
LMJ's corporate focus consists of quality workmanship, personal service, and long lasting customer relationships. Accomplishments range from small renovations to projects over 100,000 square feet.
The LMJ team diligently manages their projects time and task schedule while remaining within budget. Every successful project is due to consistent onsite monitoring by Mark.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Brookhaven Industrial Group, Mark serves on the Board of Directors and was past vice president of Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services, which is a non-profit organization offering a comprehensive network of community based services. |

Scott is the founder and president of The Pixel Print Network, Inc. founded in 1987, incorporated in 1990. Pixel Print is a full service printing company specializing in digital print services, fulfillment and distribution for training organizations. The company manages and maintains training materials for Fortune 500 companies. Product is produced and fulfilled and distributed from our 12,000 ft Long Island facility. Scott has a staff of 10 people, they have completed over 55,000 projects on time and within budget.
Scott studied print management and technology and earned a Bachelor of Science at The Rochester Institute of Technology. His proactive and detailed approach to the quality of its products has earned an excellent reputation that sets him apart from his competition. Scott has continually leveraged the technologies available to benefit his clients with excellent results. From 1987 to 1997 he was a board member of the Printing Brokerage and Buyers Association, and also became the first certified print broker in the US. In March of 2008, Scott lead Pixel print to become an FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified "green" printing company, one of a small handful of New York print companies that have earned this certification.
Scott is one of the founding members of The Brookhaven Industrial Group Association. He enjoys working with the association and takes pride in the contributions the association has made to the look, feel and quality of the industrial park environment. He is a 20 year resident of Yaphank.

Terence is the General Manager of Tribology Tech Lube (TTL) and has been an employee of the company for over 12 years. Tribology manufactures synthetic and specialty "custom" lubricants for industrial use. The company supplies lubricants to all types of industry from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies throughout the world via distributorships in over 15 countries.
Terence is in charge of all "day to day" operations from facilities management of their 20,000 square foot facility, to the management of Quality Control, and full supervision of their production process. Terence's "hands on" approach to managing over 20 employees lends itself to providing a team atmosphere that encourages and enhances the opportunity for growth and achievement of goals; an approach that he also brings to the Board of Directors for the Industrial Group.
Terence has a BA in Business Communications from James Madison University and has had a very varied professional background including work as a Teacher/Administrator; manager of health club, professional football player in Europe and professional actor in Los Angeles.
Terence is one of the "founding members" of the Brookhaven Industrial Group Association, and is the only board member since inception who is not a business owner. He brings a whole different perspective to the board as a company employee. Terence is proud of the "team effort" that the Board of Directors has put forth thus far in achieving the many goals that have been established, with the hopes of improving the quality of the professional lives and businesses of the members of the Brookhaven Industrial Group Association. |
